Job Description

A Relationship Officer specializing in Digital Banking serves as a key point of contact between the bank and its customers, primarily focusing on enhancing the customer experience through digital channels. This role is pivotal in understanding customer needs and ensuring they utilize the bank's digital services effectively. The Relationship Officer is tasked with establishing relationships with clients, resolving their issues, and promoting banking products to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that the digital services provided meet customer expectations, align with market trends, and adhere to regulatory requirements. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in customer service within the banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret customer feedback and data effectively.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
