Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine and understand their recruiting needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and communications in recruitment databases.
  • Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Continuously evaluate recruitment processes for potential improvements.
  • Maintain awareness of current employment legislation and ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past and potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a similar industry sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and databases to streamline recruitment activities.
  • A keen interest in improving recruitment processes and implementing innovative ideas.
