Job Description

As a Recruitment Executive, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition strategy of the organization. You are responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to meet the needs of the company. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates for various roles.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to determine candidate qualifications.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms to reach a broad audience.
  • Utilize professional networks such as LinkedIn to source potential candidates effectively.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future employment opportunities.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive recruitment approach.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and employment terms in collaboration with HR managers.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to present to management for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
