Requirements

  • State certification and a valid real estate broker's license required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and financial analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and efficiently.
