Quality Inspector 27N25

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team. The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards and compliance requirements before reaching the customer. The Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in our production process, by verifying that specifications are met and identifying any possible defects or areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. This position will involve conducting both visual and technical inspections to ensure the highest level of quality is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Review and interpret specifications and blueprints to confirm manufacturing processes.
• Perform detailed visual and technical inspections on all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Document and report any quality issues or defects detected during inspections.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and quality metrics for audits.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure optimum accuracy in measurements.
• Identify trends in quality concerns and recommend corrective actions for improvements.
• Assist in developing and revising quality control processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits as required by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Minimum of two years' experience in quality inspection or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are essential.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to use various inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
• Experience with quality management systems and compliance standards is advantageous.
