Project Manager (Site Based) 24N25

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various site-based projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met and safety regulations are adhered to. Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of site-based projects from start to finish.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules for each project.
• Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on all project sites.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary for successful completion.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and anticipate potential issues.
• Oversee project procurement processes and manage supply chain logistics effectively.
• Ensure quality assurance and control processes are adhered to on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, including MS Project.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
