Job Description

The role of a Project Manager (Site Based) is integral to the successful execution of construction or engineering projects. The primary responsibility entails overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects on site, ensuring that all activities align with predetermined milestones, quality standards, and budget constraints. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within construction or engineering sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
