Job Description

The Production Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and orchestrating the production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timeliness in the manufacturing department. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for team collaboration.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation within a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
  • Proficiency with production management software and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
