We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties. You should have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, building codes, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Special attention to detail and good problem-solving skills are crucial to successfully carrying out plumbing repairs and installations. Responsibilities

• Install and repair water supply lines and fixtures with precision and care.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial buildings.
• Maintain and repair air and heat systems, including all related components.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.
• Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure plumbing systems operate optimally and prolong lifespan.
• Use specialized plumbing tools and equipment with skill to perform all assigned tasks.
• Document and report work completed and any additional needs to supervisors and clients.
• Adhere to safety standards and legal regulations concerning plumbing activities.
• Respond to client inquiries and emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and techniques in plumbing to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience as a plumber with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Valid plumbing license and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
• Excellent physical condition and the ability to lift heavy equipment when necessary.
