Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to drive traffic and maximize ROI across various digital platforms. You must possess a deep understanding of performance marketing channels and proven experience in using analytics tools to optimize campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and an ability to adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistency in messaging, increase brand awareness, and achieve our business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Optimize display marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content for various channels.
  • Identify and explore new advertising opportunities to expand our reach.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and refine targeting criteria.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to generate actionable performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Develop and manage a budget for performance marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all marketing communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience handling performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey marketing strategies and insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to drive continuous improvements.
