As a Patient Relations Executive, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences and ensuring a high level of satisfaction within a healthcare setting.   • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including complaints and resolutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall patient satisfaction levels.
  • Educate patients on institutional procedures and healthcare policies when necessary.
  • Support the development of patient-centric policies within the healthcare facility.
  • Prepare reports on patient satisfaction metrics for management review.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new healthcare policies.
  • Assist in organizing patient education seminars and outreach programs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance public relations efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in a patient relations or similar role within healthcare.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency in database management and patient relations management software.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
