Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare administration or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and healthcare management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and patient interaction.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality, and ethical standards.
