Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong relationships with clients and a track record of achieving sales targets in the field. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently while being part of a team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Conduct sales visits to engage directly with potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Analyze market trends to identify changes and to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients in a compelling manner.
  • Close sales deals and ensure full customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business opportunities.
  • Provide customers with timely and accurate information and support when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor setting or field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales successfully.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
