Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our dynamic Toys Store 19N25. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management with a focus on operational excellence. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire store's operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process that enhances the customer experience. As the Operations Manager, you will also lead a team of dedicated staff members, driving performance and productivity, while maintaining a fun and safe environment for both customers and employees. Your role will be crucial in aligning store processes with corporate strategies, optimizing resources, and implementing innovative solutions to stay ahead in the competitive toys retail market.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Manage and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet consumer demands.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements
