Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming communications, manage email correspondence efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in digital and physical formats.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Liaise with external partners, vendors, and service providers regarding office needs.
  • Order and manage inventory of office supplies and ensure timely restocking.
  • Support human resource processes by assisting with recruitment and onboarding tasks.
  • Manage office budget by monitoring expenditures and advocating cost-saving measures.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodation planning for staff when necessary.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to streamline processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in an office administration role, preferably within a similar setting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are vital for this role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office management software.
