Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company pharmaceutical and medical products to clients.
  • Establish and maintain relations with healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Develop and deliver effective product presentations to healthcare providers.
  • Continually analyze market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and insight into client needs to product teams.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and develop strategies to outperform them.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to represent the company and its interests.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical and pharmaceutical advancements.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national healthcare regulations and laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in rigorous settings.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively for meetings.
