Responsibilities

• Develop graphics for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and formats.
• Collaborate with other departments to design user-friendly interfaces and layouts.
• Maintain and manage all graphic design projects from concept to completion.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders including executives and marketing teams.
• Create visually compelling social media graphics to enhance audience engagement.
• Ensure all graphics align with company branding guidelines and aesthetics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for design improvements and innovations.
• Organize and maintain an archive of graphics and videos for future use.
• Stay current with design trends and technologies to keep designs fresh.
• Assist in the production and editing of video content for promotional materials.
• Work within tight deadlines to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or within a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling and design principles required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and previous project work.
• Ability to multitask and manage various projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective team collaboration.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
