We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention while optimizing sales opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services to key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact and consultant for all client-related issues and solutions.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions to improve client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on client account performance, including sales metrics and client feedback.
  • Create strategic account plans to deepen relationships and drive business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client performance and growth potential.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Develop strategies for maximizing value to both the company and the customer.
  • Organize and lead quarterly and annual business review meetings with key clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects concurrently.
