Job Description

A Key Account Executive is an influential figure within a sales-driven organization, tasked with steering the growth and retention of the company’s high-value clients. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Executive or a similar role in sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
