Job Description

As a Junior Sales Executive in the vibrant world of Interior Design, you will play a vital role in nurturing and expanding client relationships, while contributing to the overall sales efforts of the company. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales executives with lead generation and client engagement activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Attend client meetings to accurately understand and document their design requirements.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals to clients that align with their design vision.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure client needs and timelines are met efficiently.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales processes and update client information accurately.
  • Support marketing initiatives to promote company services and attract new business leads.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the interior design industry.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance the customer satisfaction level.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and business plans.
  • Report sales metrics and client feedback to senior management for strategic planning.
  • Participate in networking events and industry exhibitions to increase market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
  • Prior sales experience, ideally within the interior design or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
  • Passion for interior design with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
