Job Description

The role of an IT Technical Support Associate is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's IT systems and networks. This position involves providing technical assistance to users by diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new devices, and maintaining system performance. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update IT documentation, including issue logs and user guides.

  • Conduct regular systems maintenance and updates to ensure security compliance.
  • Assist in training staff on new software and IT systems functionalities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Associate or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and various software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to support.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and diagnostic techniques.
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining user accounts and permissions.
