Job Description

The IT Sales Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, serving as a bridge between our sales team and clients. The IT Sales Coordinator assists with handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management software to analyze sales data.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
