Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable IT infrastructure solutions for improved network performance.
• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on system performance and compliance.
• Optimize network and server configurations to enhance organizational workflows.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to implement robust security measures and protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or management.
• Proficiency with networking, servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud services and platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with network security protocols and best practices for IT environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP, or Microsoft MCSE are advantageous.
