Job Description

As an IT B2B Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and generating revenue for our organization in the business-to-business space. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, building strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company’s portfolio of IT solutions. Your expertise in understanding complex technology needs and delivering strategic solutions will be essential in establishing and maintaining a robust client base. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Present, promote, and sell IT solutions to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design tailored solutions that meet clients' specific IT needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and meet client requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and evaluate competitor dynamics within the IT sector.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale activities.
  • Regularly update and maintain customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare detailed reports showing sales volume and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand presence and acquire new leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including emerging technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective negotiations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to address complex client needs.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
