Requirements

  • Proven experience in an international voice-based customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and fluency in English are mandatory.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to cultural differences in communication.
  • Competency in navigating CRM software and other technological tools efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
  • Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent team player with the capability to work independently when needed.
  • Fast learner who can assimilate new information quickly and efficiently.
