Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English or other required languages.
  • Experience working in international voice processes or call centers preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach and attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computers and office software applications comfortably.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
