Job Description

As an International BPO Executive, you will be the liaison between our company and its overseas clients. Your role focuses on understanding the client’s specifications to tailor the BPO processes accordingly while maintaining a high standard of service quality. This position requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and a deep understanding of outsourcing processes and procedures. You will manage and resolve customer inquiries promptly, track performance metrics, and optimize operational efficiency. You will be integral in ensuring smooth, effective communication and operations regardless of time zones, and be part of a dynamic international team that's pivotal in achieving our organizational goals. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients regarding service inquiries.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure client requirements are fully met.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in international communication.
  • Manage client onboarding processes efficiently and according to industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure clients receive optimal service.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client communications and service agreements.
  • Analyze client feedback and implement changes to improve service quality.
  • Prepare detailed reports on operational performance and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an international BPO or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of global cultures and international BPO processes.
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using BPO software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate various international time zones.
