Job Description

As an International BPO Executive, you will be an integral part of the business process outsourcing operations, dedicated to providing support and services to global clients. This role demands a keen understanding of cultural differences, robust communication skills, and a proficiency in managing customer relationships across various time zones. The right candidate will have experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports on key performance metrics to management.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Participate in regular client meetings to discuss progress and expectations.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized support.
  • Handle escalated issues and provide appropriate solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and apply knowledge to daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in international BPO environments is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage time effectively across time zones.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
