Job Description

An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales within a business through the implementation of strategic sales plans. Their role involves engaging with both potential and existing clients to recommend products or services, understanding customer needs, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within an inside sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated with a desire to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications required.
