Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless operation and maintenance of infrastructure and facility systems across all sites.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to improve infrastructure longevity and efficiency.
  • Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities efficiently.
  • Identify and troubleshoot infrastructure issues promptly to minimize downtime and productivity loss.
  • Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and generate reports for management review as required.
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness in maintenance operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations within the maintenance process.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers for infrastructure needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of infrastructure and plan upgrades accordingly.
  • Collaborate on infrastructure improvement projects and advise on technical enhancements and innovations.
  • Implement and uphold high operational standards and procedures within the maintenance team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in infrastructure maintenance or facilities management.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing maintenance teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools for record-keeping and reporting.
