In the rapidly evolving world of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, the role of a Sales Executive is crucial. The ICT & ELV Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with clients and partners. This role involves understanding client needs, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals, and ultimately closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ICT and ELV solutions, be highly motivated, with excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish contact with new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in ICT and ELV sectors.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement to close sales and boost revenue.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by competitors.
  • Track sales performance metrics to monitor goal achievement and respond accordingly.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote company offerings.
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding performance and market responses.
  • Manage and update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and customer insights.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICT and ELV sales or similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of ICT and ELV solutions and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
