Job Description

An ICT & ELV Sales Executive is a pivotal role within any technology-driven organization that focuses on the sale of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems solutions. Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate potential leads in the ICT & ELV markets through strategic networking.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set sales targets and quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions for customers' individual needs.
  • Prepare and present high-quality sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to showcase solutions.
  • Provide clients with after-sales support and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to keep senior management informed of performance.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Continuously upgrade personal skills and knowledge in ICT & ELV sectors to provide value-added advice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience in the ICT & ELV sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of ICT and ELV systems and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and business goals consistently.
  • Demonstrated capability in building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong aptitude for learning new technology and processes.
