Job Description

As an ICT & ELV Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business growth for ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems. Your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met with the suitable technology and solutions tailored for them. You will identify sales leads, pitch ICT and ELV services to new and existing clients, and maintain a good working relationship with contacts throughout the market area. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in ICT and ELV systems, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be dynamic, target-driven, and adaptable to the latest technological trends, contributing significantly to the company's strategic objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase customer base.
  • Identify new sales opportunities in the ICT and ELV markets to expand the business.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients efficiently.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor actions to formulate sales strategies.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of business prospects using CRM tools and analytics.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management to monitor progress.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to identify emerging markets opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout sales processes.
  • Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum three years experience in sales within the ICT and ELV sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of ICT/ELV systems and the related market landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for dealing with diverse clients.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations confidently to varied audiences.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to track progress.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
