The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires an in-depth understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical aptitude, and keen problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and fixing system malfunctions, ensuring optimal performance, and adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations during operations.

Requirements

• A valid HVAC certification or license at the state or national level.
• Minimum of three years of experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and relevant maintenance procedures.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and fix problems effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job site visits.
• Proficiency in using HVAC tools, instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
