HVAC Technician (225-901)

As an HVAC Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, including wiring, piping, and other components required.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering departments to assess customer requirements.
• Adhere to all applicable safety guidelines and comply with HVAC industry standards.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance using reporting tools.
• Provide personalized customer service by addressing and resolving client concerns promptly.
• Evaluate system efficiency to recommend enhancements or upgrades as necessary.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and other maintenance supplies.
• Participate in skill development programs and training sessions to enhance expertise.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls outside of regular business hours as required.
• Work alongside a team to complete projects and tasks in time-sensitive situations.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required for consideration.
• Certification or associate degree in HVAC technology is strongly preferred.
• Proven work experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for travel to job sites.
