As an HVAC Technician, you will be tasked with diagnosing, repairing, and servicing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Responsibilities

• Train and mentor junior technicians in best practices and safety procedures.
• Manage and track inventories of HVAC components and supplies effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a solid track record.
• Technical certification or diploma in HVAC technology or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints fluently.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites regularly.
