  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance.
  • Maintain and update employee records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Address employee queries regarding employment policies, practices, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts and managing employee relations effectively.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning efforts regularly.
  • Provide guidance on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
  • Analyze HR metrics to develop insights for better business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
