Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing employee compensation and benefits systems.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in HR-related software applications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for diverse workforce interactions.
