Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records by updating databases and filing systems accurately.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Process employee requests concerning HR paperwork with prompt and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate HR training sessions, meetings, and conferences with organized logistics.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring they acclimate smoothly.
  • Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data like absences and bonuses.
  • Liaise between employees and management to promote effective communication.
  • Prepare various HR documents, including employment contracts and onboarding guides.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with regulatory guidelines by staying updated on labor laws.
  • Promote a positive office atmosphere by organizing company events and activities.
  • Collaborate with HR personnel to ensure efficient human resources operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant human resources role.
  • Familiarity with human resources information systems (HRIS) and databases.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities for managing various tasks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
