The HR Administrator is a crucial asset to our organization, pivotal in supporting and administering the daily human resources tasks. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and electronic, accurately.

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the HR department's daily operations.
  • Facilitate internal communication by distributing necessary HR-related materials and memos.
  • Assist in organizing HR projects and initiatives according to the departmental needs.
  • Process new and existing employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate training sessions and other professional development activities for staff.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately, providing relevant HR information when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations by maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures consistently.
  • Manage the preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and standard office software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective workplace interaction.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and a basic understanding of HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
