Responsibilities

  • Upsell and make recommendations based on the guests' preferences and direction.
  • Accurately take and relay guest orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at service stations and guest dining areas.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in food handling and service.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining dining areas, stock levels, and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to meet guest requests and orders efficiently.
  • Collect payment from guests, process transactions, and issue receipts accurately.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or food and beverage role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and professional personal presentation.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members positively.
