  • Maintain records of guest feedback and communicate reports to management.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues.
  • Provide guests with information about the local area to enhance their stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries professionally and accurately in person and via phone.
  • Upsell services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Assist in handling guest complaints with diplomacy and escalate as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about property facilities and services.
  • Facilitate the smooth operation of guest arrivals, stays, and departures seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a guest relations or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
  • A naturally friendly and professional attitude is essential for guest interaction.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage for this role.
