Job Description

The Guest Relations Executive is a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience the ultimate comfort and satisfaction during their stay. As a representative of the hospitality arm of our organization, you will be responsible for greeting guests, attending to their needs, and ensuring their experience is exemplary. This job involves the handling of bookings, resolving guest queries, and coordinating with other departments to provide seamless service. The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, an attentive ear, and problem-solving skills to handle any situation with grace. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, transforming them into loyal brand advocates.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and provide information about facilities and services.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Address and manage guest complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Liaise with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests effectively.
  • Gather guest feedback and suggest improvements for service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Identify special guest needs or requests and ensure they are accommodated timely.
  • Maintain an updated database of guest information for personalized service.
  • Conduct follow-ups on guest interactions to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
  • Manage and organize guest-related documentation and administrative tasks accurately.
  • Ensure all guest interactions are conducted in a professional and hospitable manner.
  • Assist with booking and reservation tasks and provide recommendations upon request.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve guest issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and basic office applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
