As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of the company, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all guests. Your primary role is to ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. You will be responsible for addressing any questions or concerns guests may have, coordinating with various departments to enhance guest experiences, and managing any guest complaints with grace and professionalism. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with poise. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility and services.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Manage the resolution of guest complaints, ensuring quick and satisfactory solutions.
  • Monitor and track guest satisfaction scores, implementing improvement actions as necessary.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and professional appearance of the reception area at all times.
  • Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, assisting guests with any special needs.
  • Utilize guest feedback to enhance service quality and guest experience continually.
  • Organize and oversee VIP guest treatments, ensuring personalized and exceptional service.
  • Follow and enforce all established safety and security guidelines within the facility.
  • Keep all guest information confidential, adhering to privacy and security protocols.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, promoting a guest-focused team atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in guest-facing roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging guest situations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with standard industry software, including reservation and booking systems.
  • Friendly and positive attitude with a commitment to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
