Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop visual content.
• Edit and enhance video footage to create engaging multimedia content.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
• Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video storytelling effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to keep designs fresh and innovative.
• Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of design and video deliverables.
• Maintain a library of digital assets, including images, raw footages, and multimedia files.
• Collaborate with copywriters to ensure visual and contextual alignment in marketing materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all final outputs meet high standards of quality.
• Assist in the production of live stream events, enhancing visual elements as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design and video projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and producing content specifically designed for them.
