Full Stack Developer 29O25

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be at the forefront of our technical team, responsible for building and maintaining our web-based applications. You will be required to work across both front-end and back-end technologies to develop and implement high-quality, scalable solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that meet both customer and business needs. You will need to have a strong understanding of web architecture, application performance, and user-centric design to ensure a seamless user experience. You will also be expected to stay abreast of industry trends and continuously enhance your skills in emerging web technologies to contribute effectively to our projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement high-quality web applications using modern technologies.
• Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver projects.
• Design and implement scalable and reliable backend services and APIs.
• Ensure responsive design and optimize front-end performance for various devices.
• Implement security best practices for web applications to protect user data.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs efficiently.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions and decisions.
• Manage and deploy applications to various cloud platforms with CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technology frameworks.
• Document development processes, workflows, and features for knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and interns as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid experience with back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of version control systems, especially Git and collaborative workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
