Job Description

As a Front Desk cum Admin Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, a dynamic and essential role that blends customer service, administrative duties, and organizational tasks. This position requires a professional appearance, a friendly and positive demeanor, and the ability to remain efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. You will be tasked with welcoming visitors, managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and providing support to various departments within the company. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of office processes and maintaining a professional atmosphere in the reception area.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception and common office areas.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms and office events.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reordered as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and senior staff members.
  • Compile and maintain records, reports, and correspondence accurately.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information as needed.
  • Coordinate with building management for repairs and maintenance issues.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees including workspace setup and orientation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional and welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
