Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to create long-term strategic plans and financial objectives.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports to track financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation and review of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Evaluate new investments and business opportunities utilizing cash flow and financial analysis techniques.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting by maintaining well-documented processes and standard procedures.
• Monitor industry trends and interconnect financial benchmarking data to improve forecast accuracy.
• Work closely with the accounting department to develop and improve financial processes and systems.
• Continuously seek improvements in financial processes to achieve efficiency and efficacy.
• Advise on financial investments and risk assessment to optimize returns on capital investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and a sound understanding of financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills for handling complex datasets and scenarios.
• Strong communication skills for effective data presentation and reporting.
• Certification such as CFA, CPA, or CIMA is considered a significant advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with financial software systems and enterprise management applications.
