We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and interpret complex financial data to guide decision-making.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators across departments.

• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management through clear reports.
• Participate in strategic planning processes by providing financial projections and analyses.

• Identify trends and anomalies in financial data to recommend necessary actions for correction.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Financial Analyst in a corporate setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as Excel and financial ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
