Job Description

A Finance Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and integrity of an organization. This position involves managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Finance Officer collaborates closely with the finance team to monitor and manage the company’s budgets, forecast financial outcomes, and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate accounts receivable and payable processing.

  • Develop and maintain internal control policies for financial operations effectively.
  • Assist in financial planning and analysis functions within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards across all operations.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports diligently.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements within the financial processes.
  • Participate in developing financial strategies and long-term business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software like QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles is necessary.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
